With the lid off, stir in 1 cup of cream, 16 oz of shredded cheddar cheese, 5 oz of shredded parmesan cheese, and 1 tsp of black pepper. Stir the cheeses in slowly to combine well.
Serve immediately. Select the rice cycle for 5 minutes and press start.

I just made it to take to a going away party tonight. It is great! I have refrigerated it and will reheat in casserole to take to party hot. I hope it holds up to that.
